I’ve beat the hell out of my current house and am looking to get into a quiet neighborhood so the mini’wrxs have a good place to play. The last house I looked at was a great piece of American history. It was amazing to think as I walked through the rooms that this house was here when the country wasn’t even the USA. Unfortunately it was a bit too old to have as a comfy home, closer to a museum.

I’m guessing lead paint. I would want to replace the old windows and horse hair plaster. I never want to have to deal with house hair plaster again. The floors went just wavy but more like drunk stormy seas. Over all the house was in good condition. I just would nt want to rip out all the old stuff, didn’t seem fair to the house
